At South Early Childhood Center (SECC), part of Blair Community Schools, we are dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing, and joyful learning environment where every young learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. We believe the early years are the foundation for lifelong learning, and we partner with families and our community to build a strong start for every child.

Our highly qualified and compassionate educators focus on the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and academically—using research‑based practices that promote curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. At SECC, children engage in developmentally appropriate activities that foster language and literacy, math readiness, problem‑solving skills, and a love for learning.
